If you're new to the family portrait business, you've got to get some samples.

Offer to shoot a few free sessions with family or people you know. Give them the shoot for free and maybe a 5x7 as long as they sign a model release so you can use the images in print or on the web.

You'll need more than one sample so I'd do this with a few.

If you already have sample images great. Gather them together for the promo.
